1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and purchase products.

2. Products and Orders

We sell small-batch baking kits and related gift items. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Just Add Baking is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
*Free Shipping is automatically applied to a single destination on qualifying orders over $99. Additional destination shipping charges still apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns once a kit has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@justaddbaking.com and we will work with you on a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, is the property of Just Add Baking or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the Site.
• Submitting false or fraudulent order or payment information.
• Reselling products purchased from the Site without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
